Fastest Ways to Speed Up Your Metabolism

If you think you’ve lost all hope in your weight-loss plan, don’t give up just yet. What I have is the knowledge of many powerfully effective ways to boost metabolism fast and I have compiled a “Quick-Pick” list just for you to take maximum advantage of. You have nothing to lose but fat so let’s go!

Let’s take a look at my List of the BEST Ways to boost your Metabolism quickly!

1. Drink plenty of water.

Okay, I’m not saying drink a certain amount of water everyday, like the typical 8 glasses you hear about. Just drink when you’re thirsty (and don’t wait until you’re mouth is dry and you’re dying of thirst) and drink until you’re not thirsty anymore. Every body is different so just stay in tuned with yours. Repeat as necessary.

Here is the benefit. The water not only helps to cleanse your system and regenerate your cells but can also help you to retain less water. Sounds ironic, huh? This is because when your body isn’t receiving enough water, it holds onto what it does have for survival. However when it’s getting a good amount of water, it releases the retained water because it no longer has a need for it. Strange how that works, isn’t it?

Say someone asked you why you skip workouts, what would you tell him? I doubt you’ll point to a lack of exercise equipment. Chances are, you wouldn’t credit money matters either. Blame the old ball and chain? Not when she’s all for you losing a few pounds. If anything, I’ll wager that time would be your answer. Like the average Joe, you see working out as too much of an inconvenience. And even if you were told that you could achieve considerable progress in your free time just by sticking to the fastest way to build muscle, you, like many others, may choose not to believe.

A lot of people choose to avoid the gym simply because we think we do not have enough time to get a quality burn. You should know that you have more than enough time you just are not making the best use of that all valuable time.

We exercisers to be often think you need to spend a couple of hours a day, five days a week to achieve anything noticeable. Sure you may have a little amount of time you can spend at the gym but the thought of how little we can achieve stops us from even trying.

Eat More Chocolate Flavanols

If you love chocolate there is good news, it is good for you! Chocolate is high in flavanols that have potent antioxidant potential and have been shown to reduce the risk of many diseases.

The quality of the chocolate you eat is important and the darker the chocolate, the more chocolate flavanols it has. The darker, high quality chocolates use cocoa butter and cocoa solids as their main ingredients. Chocolates contain some saturated fats, but some saturated fat in your diet is good for you. Cocoa butter is a fat derived from cocoa plants (Theobroma cacao). Cocoa butter is expensive, the cheaper brands replace the cocoa butter with milk fats and hydrogenated oils. Fat is essential for the body, just make sure it is a good fat and not too much. Milk chocolate is diluted with milk and bleached white sugar, bleached white sugar is not good for your body.

Facts Worth Learning About Cholesterol

There is both good and bad cholesterol which means that it is important to be able to differentiate between each type and know how it impacts a person’ s health and know the ways and means to lower it in case such is needed.

The different types of cholesterol are LDL and HDL and the preceding is a bad type because when there’s excess of it in a person’s blood it will build up in the inner walls of his or her arteries which can end up causing the blocking of the arteries and thus causes atherosclerosis that’s not a desirable condition.

HDL In High Quantities Will Prevent Heart Attacks

However, the good form of cholesterol is HDL, which when present in high quantities will actually help in preventing heart attacks, though when the level of HDL is low, it can put the person at risk of experiencing a heart attack.

There is another aspect to cholesterol and that is triglyceride, which is a type of fat that’s obtained from the food that you eat and which is also produced in the body, and when there is a high level of triglycerides, you are at risk of having high total cholesterol in which you can get high LDL as well as low HDL, which is bad for your health.
