How can anyone put a limit on learning more? The next section may contain that one little bit of wisdom that changes everything.

REVERSE AGEING NOW!

Longevity, It’s not a fountain after all…..

Many years ago, an obscure but unique plant was found in the vast Amazonian rainforest. It is called Uncaria tomentosa, a vine that grows among the teeming, exotic plethora of botanical species, some of which have yet to be catalogued by biologists. Known by its common name to the locals as “Ua de Gato” or “Cat’s Claw,” its outer bark contains a powerful, natural activator of DNA repair, critical to cellular health and vital to longevity.

The benefits of Cat’s Claw almost make it sound like a cure all. It helps keep the immune system working properly. It also helps prevent cellular damage, and damage to DNA. And while much of the action of Uncaria tomentosa takes place deep inside the cells of the body, it also works to positively affect the outward, visible signs of aging such as wrinkles and sun spots - conditions linked to the aging process in which the body produces imperfect DNA. What is the connection between DNA and aging?

Exercise Tips Enhance Rapid Weight Loss!

Monday, August 25th, 2008
by Gail M. Davis

Dieting without a time limit is much more practical, but if rapid weight loss is your goal, then you must utilize these easy exercise tips. To lose one pound each week, you would have to eat 3500 fewer calories. To spread that out and make it more manageable, you could eat 500 fewer calories each day.

A one-pound per week drop in weight will not please people looking for rapid weight loss. To lose more, you would have to drastically cut your caloric intake. Unfortunately, when you cut your calories significantly, you will also be cutting the efficiency in which your metabolism functions. A slower metabolism equates to slower weight loss. This puts you further away from your goal.

You simply must utilize these exercise tips if rapid weight loss is your goal! If you decrease your caloric consumption by 500 and burn an additional 500 calories a day through activity, your weight loss total just reached two pounds a week. If that isn’t enough to satisfy you, then you’ll have to be even more active. It’s a fairly simple formula that all goes back to calories in versus calories out.

Yes! You Too Can Lose Weight And Live Longer

We all know that losing weight isn’t easy, but hopefully, by the end of this article, you will have a better idea of just how far reaching the effects of obesity can be on your entire body and internal systems.

Check out below the ways in which losing those inches can improve your health:

Weight loss prevents heart disease, high blood pressure and strokes.

These alone make up three very good reasons to get that excess weight off. It has been shown by research from across the USA and the UK, that the most prevalent cause of high blood pressure, heart disease and strokes are caused by problems directly associated with obesity. Being overweight can mean that the level of fat being carried around your body in your blood can be massively increased. The fat gets deposited and can cause clogging of the major arteries of the body, including the heart and brain. This in turn can bring on heart attacks and strokes.

Unfortunately, you may have problems that you are unaware of, and sudden death from stroke or heart attack can strike without warning.

Abundance-And The Law of Attraction

Saturday, August 9th, 2008
by Mark S. Kearns, M.A., N.H.D.

Many people today express frustration from trying to improve their income, or business, health, relationships, etc., utilizing the law of attraction. They feel as though they have failed to attract what they desire, or that somehow the law of attraction itself has left them stranded.

I have had the opportunity of speak to some of these individuals, either by email or directly during one of our law of attraction calls. From the explanation of their struggle, I can state that quite often their difficulty can be traced back to their very concept of how the law of attraction operates.

As we begin to turn our attention to a greater understanding and conscious use of the law of attraction, let us keep three important things in mind. Keep in mind that abundance is not always represented simply by money. It can and does manifest as a variety of things in our lives.

First as a part of the natural laws, the law of attraction is unceasing in its action and activity. It doesn’t have an on-off switch which we can activate when we feel the time is right.
